POSITION TITLE: Sales Manager
Wood/Metal Store Fixtures
LOCATION: Upper Midwest
SALARY RANGE: 70-78K + Bonus (May go a little higher on the base)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Manager will serve as one of the company's customer service managers, reporting directly to the president. The primary position of the sales manager will be to service existing accounts, develop and monitor regional sales representatives and manage and direct sales programs and generate new product ideas through field contacts. |
Qualifications |
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to travel extensively.
-Five plus years industry experience (Wood/Metal Store Fixtures) in the field of Sales Management of Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives.
-Can do attitude.
-Enthusiastic approach to problem solving.
-Ability to work with and manage individuals,
-Overall understanding of the industry and business operations.
-Computer literacy, with a concentrated understanding of Microsoft Word,
Excel and Powerpoint.
