Production Superintendent Location: Midwest Industry: Wood Products Salary: Commensurate with experience. Education Required: College degree desired, but will consider excellent experience. Years Experience required: 7 plus years wood products (Cabinet, Furniture, Door, etc.) experience. Reports directly to the Operations Manager and will have eight direct Supervisor reports. Responsible for Plant Operations on two shifts. Must be very strong in Production Scheduling. Strong wood products experience and wood products operations management skills. World Class Manufacturing process experiences a plus. Must have been responsible for upward of 120 employees and preferably on multiple shifts.

NOTES: We are not seeking Production Supervisor level candidates, but really prefer someone ready to step into the Plant Manager position.
