South
60-75K+ Bonus
We are seeking very specific Engineering Manager candidates for an outstanding growing Custom Cabinet Manufacturer in the South. This Manager will report directly to the Vice President and have up to 10 direct reports in Project Management, Draft/Design, and Engineering. Will be personally responsible for streamlining the entire process from Contract to Cutlist. |
Qualifications |
-Bachelors Degree a plus, but not mandatory.
-7 + years experience in “Custom Cabinet” Manufacturing.
-Must be a “Hands-on” Manager.
-Must have experience in streamlining the entire process from Contract to Cutlist.
-Must have current experience with Cabinet Vision software. (Additional experience with Microvellum could be a plus.)
-Should have been involved with a company that built a Dealer Network.
-Must have excellent people and team building skills.
