Plant Manager Chemical Company Midwest Salary: 110K+ with bonus and incentives. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a chemical engineering degree OR a mechanical engineering degree with a minimum of 10 yrs. experience in a union plant. Must be a people manager/true leader with continuous operations background and someone who can be promoted to a director level down the pike. This plant has 5 operating lines and about 150 hourly employees. This is an excellent growing and profitable company that anyone would love to work for.
