This Production Supervisor will oversee 55-65 hourly associates and 2 foremen on night shift for this major Cabinet Manufacturer (Flat Panel Goods - Particle Board and Plywood.) Will Supervise Raw to Laminate, Cut, Machine, Edge banding, Finish and up to ready for assemble. (Panel Processing) and report to the Plant Manager. (Night shift is 5pm-1:30am) Excellent prosperous company with a path to advancement. Salary: 60-65K Excellent Benefits Relocation Assistance.

Qualifications

Must have hands on experience as a Supervisor/ Manager of a Panel Processing area for a Wood Working Manufacturer. (Cabinet, Furniture, Store Fixtures, etc.) The successful candidate will hopefully have 2+ years as a supervisor and 5+ years overall in Wood Manufacturing environment again in Wood Manufacturing. Panel Processing background a big plus. Must be computer literate. Panel Processing software experience a big plus. (Cutrite, Woodwop, AutoCAD.) Must have extensive experience with Wood Machinery and Numerous Wood Species. The successful candidate will be a real "go getter" that can make things happen without a lot of direction. Bilingual a plus. (English/Spanish).
