MUST be an AWI type candidate that comes from and has experience in “High-end Architectural Millwork.”
Responsible for overseeing people producing high end finishes of all ranges, knowledgeable of all finish applications and chemical types. (Flatline)
Premium Architectural Woodwork Finishing background a plus.
Three (3) years or more high-end finishing experience with knowledge of N.G.R.’s, wiping and filler stains. Catalyzed and post catalyzed water Bourne Top coats along with conventional and air assisted spray equipment.
Lean Manufacturing and other WCM background a big plus.
