CASEWORK MANAGER
South
Salary: 80K+, + Bonus
Well established Healthcare Casework Company in South, is currently recruiting for an experienced Casework/Millwork Operations Manager to drive business development and oversee the daily operations for the division. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, and will have a minimum of 10 years of professional management experience with the following skillsets:
• Laminate and wood casework manufacturing, bidding, engineering, and installation experience
• Knowledgeable of casework construction methods, architectural millwork, and solid surface materials are required
• Extensive management background in leading a team of detailers, estimators, internal and external project managers, installers, and sub-contractors
• Professional work history of managing multiple projects ranging from $300k – $10M
• Reviews architectural plans, generates shop drawings for submittal, provides cost effective engineering designs and solutions that exceeds the customers’ expectations
• Properly generates and maintains project schedules and meets with various internal company departments to ensure the success of the product
• Knowledgeable of AWI and FSC certifications
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD. Microvellum and/or Cut Rite software experience is a plus
• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and works well within a team environment
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in the business construction industry with 8-10 years professional management experience in commercial casework/millwork, senior project management, or equivalent work experience.
