IMPACT Search and Placement LLC is an international search and placement firm working as a generalist, but specialising in searches within the wood products industry.
Our story
We know these plants because we've been in them.
Since 1987 we have placed people across primary and secondary manufacturing — furniture, store fixtures, cabinets, architectural woodwork, flooring, lumber and building products.
Over that time we have built national recognition among client companies for matching staffing needs quickly and accurately with the most qualified people available. That reputation is the whole business. We are not trying to be everything to everyone.
One home office in Florida works with clients nationwide. The same team, the same direct lines, wherever the plant is.
