Established hotel renovations company looking to hire project coordinator.
Responsibilities to include the following
*Purchasing Material and tracking
*Reports and pre-construction
*Assist superintendents and project managers in the field
*AIA and contracts
*Managing inventory for jobs
*Must be able to read a set of blueprints
*Must have efficient computer skills
*Data entry will be required
