- Starting base salary: $70-90K
- Applying candidates must have 5 plus years estimating architectural casework and millwork.
- Ability to assess bid opportunities, contract negotiation, manage bid schedule, attend site/scope review meetings, & client communications.
- Must understand complex construction methods and systems, and be extremely accurate and resourceful.
- Estimate jobs with accuracy, speed and efficiency.
