We are seeking a Sr. Level Professional Manager for this Vinyl Flooring Manufacturer with a proven track record of building a successful team.
Our client is setting up a rigid vinyl plank production facility and looking for someone in a managerial role who will help them get it off the ground. They will be heavily involved in this new plant start-up, from the ground up, so a strong knowledge of related equipment, layout, and literally everything involved in a grass root operation will be important.
Might come from Hardwood Flooring but the successful candidate will hopefully have some extruded products (vinyl) flooring experience.
Will consider all Sr. Level Professional Managers with a proven track record that come from Vinyl Plank Flooring. (Even without grass root experience)
