Description: • Assign and manage projects for sanding and finishing to the staff of 8 to 10 that align with the production schedule. • Ability to manage and adjust manpower according to the schedule. Knowledge of stains, sealers, top coats and applications required. • Provide guidance on completing the projects, acquiring all materials needed to complete tasks. • Communicate and work with Production Manager on schedule deadline and priorities. • Looking for a qualified individual with 5 to 10 years of experience in finishing and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Want a career minded individual.
