Excellent, rapidly growing Architectural Millwork Manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager who will oversee/ manage Production. Machine operators and Cabinetmakers in their fast-paced production environment. Will also be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of shop equipment and recommend new equipment upgrades.

What you'll own

  • Duties:
  • • Daily scheduling of work.
  • • Facilitating weekly production meetings.
  • • Assignment and load-leveling of tasks.
  • • Quality control.
  • • Overseeing work flow processes.

What we're looking for

  • Qualifications:
  • • 5+ years Production Management experience in Millwork / Custom Casework operations.
  • • Must be knowledgeable in productivity standards in collaboration with Operations Manager.
  • • Will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of shop equipment and recommend new equipment upgrades.
  • • Should have a proven track record in meeting deadlines
  • • Tech savvy.
  • • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
