Company is one of Chicago's premier custom architectural millwork companies and has specialized in ultra-premier residential cabinetry and architectural millwork for many years. They partner with many of Chicago's leading architects, designers, and general contractors on some of the area's finest residences throughout Chicago's Gold Coast, North Shore, and surrounding suburbs. Individual millwork contracts frequently exceed $1 million. They are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in custom architectural woodworking. The ideal candidate possesses excellent blueprint reading skills, exceptional problem-solving ability, and the ability to successfully manage complex, high-end custom projects from estimating through completion.

What you'll own

  • Responsibilities
  • • Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals for high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
  • Projects.
  • • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
  • • Analyze material, labor, and production requirements.
  • • Manage projects from award through completion.
  • • Coordinate with architects, designers, general contractors, vendors, and our production team.
  • • Identify and resolve technical challenges before they become field issues.
  • • Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication throughout each project.
