Larry Bennett, a Certified Personnel Consultant, is President and Sole Proprietor of IMPACT Search and Placement, L.L.C. He is nationally renowned for recruiting top talent throughout the United States and abroad. Specializing in searches within in the Woodworking Industry, Larry has successfully placed candidates from Machining positions up to and including the CEO level.
Prior to establishing IMPACT in 1997, Larry invested 10 years as a Personnel Consultant and T & D Manager for a start-up Employment Agency. While training and managing new recruiters he maintained the #1 producer spot for 10 consecutive years. Larry’s dedication, and the invaluable training imparted, was instrumental in the growth and success of that fledgling company.
Prior to his position as Personnel Consultant, Larry spent 18 years developing his skills in a blend of business and manufacturing, primarily in a management capacity. His drive, enthusiasm and high standards resulted in numerous promotions and several awards. Those awards – such as Extra Effort, Top Producer, Pace Setter of the Year, Highest Profit, Preferred Recruiter Certification, Million Dollar Club, and many others – helped to forge his business ethics.
Larry’s academics include a degree in Criminal Justice, Business and Communications (from Colleges) in Jackson, Michigan. He has also attended numerous Sales, Management, Personal Achievement, Law and Personnel Consulting Training Programs across the Nation. His pursuit of education allows him the flexibility and adaptability needed in today’s competitive business environment.
